Using only the best of seasonal produce from Down Under, our Executive Chef Leonard Oh’s innovative ways are showcased in his ever-changing menus, which highlight his talent and penchant for creating simple dishes with complex flavours.

Antipasto Moomba
Nobody serves up antipasto like we do! Beautifully presented, our popular appetiser is a tower chockfull of grilled eggplant, semi-dried tomato, tea-smoked chicken fillet, cold smoked salmon, prosciutto, mesclun, tomato mustard herring, Kalamata olives and pickles on a pesto crust!
Kangaroo loin
Marinated with a white truffle infused apple-soya glaze and barbecued to perfection, the Kangaroo loin is paired with sautéed sugar peas, mushrooms and wasabi-potato mash.
Squid Cakes
Deep-fried to a lovely golden brown, these crispy morsels are complemented with a spicy Thai-style mango salad.
Sticky date pudding
A classic Australian dessert! We serve our rendition with crème Anglaise and fresh fruits!
